SimplePractice

Patients may utilize the portal to:

  • Manage their appointment schedule (request, reschedule, or cancel appointments online)

    • select the "Appointments" tab​

  • Complete Intake paperwork, submit forms and share documents (i.e. copy of your insurance card)

    • select the "Documents" tab to upload and securely share files with me​

  • SimplePractice is also the secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform that is used for Telehealth appointments

    • If using a desktop or laptop, just click on the link for our appointment in the email appointment reminder or in the appointments tab of the portal; you don't need to download or install a software program.​

    • If using a smartphone or tablet, you'll need to download the free app Telehealth by SimplePractice in your app store.  To start the video appointment, you'll click on the link in the email appointment reminder or in the patient portal
